What areas does the tool cover?
The RST currently covers Jackson County (Medford, Ashland, Central Point, etc.) and Josephine County (Grants Pass, Merlin, etc.).
How do I save a listing?
Click the heart icon on any listing card to save it to your favorites. You can organize saves into custom lists.
How often is data updated?
Listings are updated regularly, but always verify availability directly with the landlord as rental markets move quickly.
Can I find voucher-friendly units?
Use the "Fair Market Rent" filter to find listings within HUD Fair Market Rent guidelines. Always confirm voucher acceptance with landlords.
